About Riverside Care – West Lehigh Avenue – Philadelphia
Net Centers – Access Point and Lehigh Recovery Center is a clinic on Lehigh Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This location was previously called Riverside Care. It’s now an outpatient center for adults, teens and kids who are battling substance abuse and have mental health disorders. The center provides medication assisted treatment as well.
At their clinic, you’ll get access to individual and group therapy to address mental illnesses or addictions. Depending on your symptoms, you may be eligible for their intensive outpatient or general outpatient programs. They’re both basically the same, except that intensive outpatient care requires more hours and it’s less flexible. They’ll address any trauma and grief, even among kids as young as 2-5. If you go to school, they’ll work around your schedule so you won’t fall behind or get more stressed.
You’ll also be eligible for meds to help with any withdrawal pains and cravings. This will include methadone and buprenorphine. All doses are supervised so you’ll have less chance of relapsing or experiencing an overdose. Over time, you’ll be able to control your addiction.
