Riviera Villa is a luxury residential care facility in San Jose, California. This family-run business accepts people with mental health issues, disabilities, and co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues. Gay and transgender individuals and military veterans are welcome.
There is no limit to the length of stay at Riviera Villa. As a resident, you get to choose from a single or double occupancy room, with either private or community bathroom options. Linens, toiletries, and utilities are included. There is Wi-Fi available in the bedrooms, garden areas, and community rooms. Laundry assistance and transportation to medical, mental health, and other appointments are offered. If you require daily medication, it can be managed and monitored by in-house staff. All meals are included and are prepared by staff. Festive holiday celebrations add to the family-like atmosphere that is fostered here. As a resident, you can also access the recreational and cultural facilities available at nearby San Jose University.
Basic room rates at Riviera Villa run from $4,500 to $8,500 per month. There are additional fees for extra case management services. Payment is mainly self-pay, but some major private insurances may be accepted. Check with your insurance provider about eligibility, out of network benefits, and possible copays.
