Participants engage in the 12 Steps and traditions in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous. They work the steps, sponsor newcomers, obtain a sponsor, and give back to their local meeting. The goal of the program is to help participants learn new skills to better take care of themselves and break the pattern of codependency.
