Sand Island Treatment delivers a residential continuum of care among the picturesque scenery of Honolulu, Hawaii. Self referred and court ordered adults can find unique care for substance abuse and mental health. This program strives to renew the lives of clients in dire circumstances due to addiction.

Their program is unique because it allows clients to remain in treatment as long as they need. Clients can live on campus until they complete their healing process, sometimes for two years or longer. They focus on fundamental parts of addiction care like counseling, a solid support system, 12 Step work, time, and education.

They create a supportive community that encourages accountability and improves overall health. You’ll receive personalized, needs based care plans with unique interventions. They provide specialized services for pregnant women, seniors, people who inject drugs, people with DUIs or in the criminal justice system, people with developmental disabilities, and people with HIV/AIDS. Peers in recovery who understand the journey and all that comes with it work as counselors to illustrate that recovery is possible.
