About Sandhills Alternative Academy – Rockingham, North Carolina
The IOP meets at least three days a week, at least three hours per session. Services include individual, group, and family counseling, crisis support, medication management, addiction education, life-skills training, and relapse prevention planning. Approaches may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based methods.
