At Saving Grace Home for Women in Robertsdale, Alabama, women battling addiction received much more than just support in getting sober. Centrally located across more than 120 scenic and secluded acres, they offered a 10 bed, 90 day residential program It was designed to foster lasting recovery by equipping women with the skills to build a new life free of substance dependence.The facility is permanently closed.
While spirituality was encouraged as part of recovery at Saving Grace, it was never forced. Women could choose to engage in Bible study and prayer to help them find strength and a sense of purpose.
