Sebastian Family Psychology, LLC is located on Greenbay Avenue in Glendale, Wisconsin. The clinic provides counseling for Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) as well as mental health disorders. Some of the services are mental health assessments, therapy, and consultations with parents and school staff. They also attend some school events and participate in parent training. They connect parents with support and additional resources.
The counselors partner with the Wraparound Milwaukee Program which is a managed care program. The program provides individual comprehensive care to children with complex emotional and mental health needs. They do in office and in home therapy, and substance use counseling. They provide care coordination for kids at risk of ending up in the Juvenile Justice or Child Welfare system or placement in an inpatient facility.
