All clients will begin their addiction treatment with a blackout period. This initial phase lasts 30 days and focuses on separating yourself from your former lifestyle. You’ll achieve this through Bible studies, receiving emotional and spiritual mentoring, and doing work within the facility.
Set Free NW believes an important part of the healing process is following a consistent routine. You’ll have a daily schedule to follow in the next 90 days of your treatment.
This will help you develop healthy boundaries which allow you to prioritize your recovery needs and avoid situations that could cause you to relapse. During this time period, the staff will focus on teaching you how to live your life using self discipline, personal accountability and spiritual study.
In the discipleship training phase of treatment, you’ll start applying the knowledge you’ve learned to your lifestyle. When the staff feels that you’ve shown success with applying the information learned, they’ll begin assisting you with finding vocational training opportunities and employment.
You can stay at the facility for up to two years as you learn about saving for the future and debt reduction. As you start a sober lifestyle outside of the facility, a fun place you can visit is Chehalis Centralia Railroad & Museum. They offer seasonal train rides that give you a scenic view of the Chehalis River Valley.
