About Skagit Community Detox – Burlington
Pioneer Human Services – Skagit Community Detox Center is an inpatient subacute drug and alcohol detox center for adults in Burlington, Washington. They accept people who are intoxicated or in withdrawal from chemical substances, but you must be medically stable to go here. They take self referrals as well as referrals from local emergency departments, law enforcement agencies, mental health facilities or loved ones.
This facility can hold up to 16 people at a time. They help people who need to detox as well as anyone who’s experiencing an addiction related crisis. Most of their services are available round the clock, so you can always rest assured there will be someone there to help you. The onsite clinical team will monitor your condition at all times to make sure you safely and successfully remove the substances from your body.
If you’re struggling with an opioid addiction, they offer a one week Suboxone Tapering Program to help you detox gradually with the help of addiction medication. This medication can help reduce your pain levels, curb your cravings and lower your risk of relapse.
Once detox is complete they’ll refer you to nearby providers who can offer inpatient or outpatient addiction treatment as you continue your recovery.
One past client says the staff here are great and will develop an individualized treatment plan based on your needs. Another calls it a great place to start new changes.
