Sobriety First Treatment Center gives individuals living in Sauk Centre, Minnesota a chance to get treated for drug and alcohol-related conditions. You’d be working with a dedicated Care Team, which includes a primary counselor and recovery coach and mental health providers as needed. This is an outpatient center with a decent range of services to accompany you while you learn more about yourself and what works best for you in the recovery process. Some of the services they offer include individual therapy, group therapy, community engagement, and advocacy.

This center provides educational programs such as Alcohol and Other Drugs or AOD and DUI courses. They also have Driving with Care and moral reconation therapy. That last one helps to address cognitive and behavioral challenges in order to tap into the root of the issue. These services are made pretty flexible and are available both in person and virtually. On top of this, they have domestic abuse counseling, anger management programs, and family programming to help heal damaged relationships.

Their intensive outpatient program uses a structured step-down type of approach that offers both daytime and evening group sessions, which eventually will progress to weekly meetings and aftercare, if you need that as well. This style of approach helps to ensure that your sobriety is long-term.
