About Social Model Recovery Systems – Azusa, California
Social Model Recovery Systems–River Community is a 12 step focused alcohol and drug rehab and dual diagnosis care facility for adults in Azusa, California. They offer residential programs and aftercare planning and support.
Residential treatment includes diagnostic testing, individual and group therapy, family involvement, recovery education, and relapse prevention services. Clients also receive training in independent living skills such as budgeting, transportation, meal planning, and housekeeping. Recreational activities and group outings are included.
