South Lane Mental Services provides comprehensive mental healthcare, including addiction treatment, to people who live in Cottage Grove, Oregon. They serve clients from all over Lane County. As a community-focused mental health service, they welcome clients from all backgrounds. They serve adults and youth who are struggling with addiction and other life issues. Services include outpatient substance use treatment and individual and family counseling. Adult and youth members of the LGBTQIA+ community are welcome here.
To pay for services, they accept clients with the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). They may also bill private insurance providers like Pacific Source, MODA, Regence, United Healthcare, Triwest and Providence on a limited basis. You can also pay for services with a credit card, check or cash.
Here, all addiction treatment is done in an outpatient setting. You’ll participate in individual and group counseling with a licensed therapist. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and neurofeedback therapy are just a couple of the recovery treatment methods they offer. Finding the right fit depends on what feels best for you in your recovery journey.
The support services here can make a big difference in your recovery. Peer support specialists work closely with clients who need extra help. Having been through recovery themselves, they offer valuable support and a unique perspective. Whether it’s attending appointments with you or helping you meet the challenges of sober living, they help make recovery feel less overwhelming.
Another great perk here is the ALAS program. It’s designed just for Spanish-speaking clients. ALAS creates a friendly and welcoming space where people can get the care they need in a language they’re comfortable with.
At South Lane Mental Health Services, clients find support that meets them where they are. Many clients share how understood they feel here, thanks to staff who take the time to listen. It’s a place where support and understanding come together, making it easier to open up and take those important steps toward healing.
You’re not just another client here. You’re part of a community that cares about you and wants to share in your recovery.
