About Southlight Healthcare – Garner
Southlight Healthcare was located in Garner, North Carolina. It’s currently closed, but there are other Southlight locations throughout the state. It provided treatment to men and women who are living with a mental health struggle or substance use disorder. The care provided at Southlight Healthcare was comprehensive, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs of the individuals served. Treatment was offered through an adult outpatient setting. In other centers, there’s a women’s and children’s residential program as well.
At the other Southlight centers, you’ll work with trained medical professionals and staff and undergo a complete clinical assessment to establish the right treatment plan for your needs. The adult outpatient program utilizes a range of treatments including counseling with licensed professionals, and office-based opioid treatment using medications that can support you through detox.
If you need more robust support, you may benefit from the Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP). You’ll work with licensed medical professionals who specialize in addiction recovery, be involved in more intensive group and family counseling, and establish critical knowledge and skills to help you meet your recovery goals.
Southlight Healthcare stands out to me in that they also offer a residential program for pregnant women and women who have children ages 3 to 11. Women can receive comprehensive care and support as they navigate their recovery.
