You’ll find ’em out in Detroit, Michigan. The Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic provides crisis services 24/7.
They provide a community mental health model that provides a full range of substance use disorders and mental health services for vulnerable individuals. The combination of behavioral and medical care improves the overall care you receive from the center, which can meet your mental health, addiction, and primary care needs. You have access to immediate mental health and addiction screening, assessment, and risk assessment.
Patient-centered treatment planning provides you with customized care in an outpatient setting for mental health and substance use disorders. Using an evidence-based and comprehensive approach to treatment, you have access to crisis stabilization when you are experiencing serious and complex addiction and mental illness.
They offer services to people with long-term chronic addiction, adults with serious mental illness, and others who have substance use disorders and mild or moderate co-occurring mental health conditions.
The staff includes professionals in the fields of psychology, social work, counseling, psychiatry, and education. They’re one of the largest bilingual providers and offer services in Spanish and English.
You have access to care regardless of your ability to pay. They do accept coverage from most major insurance providers and Medicaid but will not turn you away if you are not covered. They also offer a discounted or sliding scale fee schedule based on your income level and family size.
