You’ll participate in individual and group counseling sessions that will cover topics such as the origin of your addiction and relapse prevention.

The facility’s Recovery Support Services can assist you in a variety of ways including with transportation, childcare, finding employment, and getting access to housing. Spero Health can also connect you to wellness programs that can help you optimize things like your sleep hygiene and nutrition.

The town of Frankfort offers lots of outdoor activities that you can enjoy when you’re not in treatment sessions. Some of the activities you might like doing include visiting the Salato Wildlife Education Center or hiking around Cove Spring Park.

Levels of Care

12-Step

12 step programs such as Alcoholics or Narcotics Anonymous are support group style programs for individuals who are experiencing alcohol or substance use disorder.
