About St. Paul Metro Treatment Center – Roseville
The Saint Paul Treatment Center of New Season is located in Roseville, Minnesota. Men and women who are 18 years of age and older are able to receive outpatient opioid addiction treatment that includes medication assisted treatment (MAT) and counseling. A great thing about them is that they accept both Medicaid and Medicare. They also accept private insurance.
Before any treatment is started, you will have a medical exam done to ensure your safety. Once that is completed, the staff will then be able to work with you to create your customized treatment plan. The treatment plan is based on your needs and goals.
What stood out to me is that they are open six days a week for both counseling and dosing. Their outpatient services mean that you will still be able to attend to daily life, such as school or work and family commitments. Outpatient care also gives you a chance to use your new coping skills in daily life, making it easier for you to establish long term recovery.
MAT includes both approved medication and ongoing therapy. With this treatment set up, they will be able to treat the psychological and physical components of your addiction together. The medications available here are methadone, Suboxone, and buprenorphine.
With individual counseling, you’ll be able to learn the roots of addiction and how to identify your triggers. Being able to identify your triggers will help you learn how to handle loss and setbacks. Your counselor will also help you learn new ways to positively cope with stress. During time in group therapy, you’ll be able to connect with your peers in a supportive environment. You will be able to share your experiences and realize that you are not alone on this journey to long term recovery.
