At Rockford, you’ll have residential care that consists of 24/7 support, psychiatric and medical programs, and counseling. The apartments and houses are allocated depending on the level of care you need, with some more restrictive than others. The apartments are gender specific, with different numbers of clients allowed in each center. The Stars of Light program is a theatrical troupe made up of Stepping Stones alumni. It started back in 1955, and they travel the country performing and bringing awareness to the public. They’ve appeared on stage, radio, videos, and television. They also provide motivational speakers and assist with rehabilitation.
