The Steuben County Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services is located in Hornell, New York.
I like that the outpatient substance abuse program is medically supervised. The program is for adults and adolescents.
They do accept Medicaid and Fidelis. If you’re uninsured, they provide a sliding scale fee based on your household house and income.
The staff consists of medical doctors, psychiatrists, registered nurses, licensed social workers and counselors that are certified in alcoholism and substance abuse. I like that the staff consists of so many professionals who will give you an evaluation.
Once your evaluation is completed you will have your own individualized treatment plan. The plan will consist of individual and/or group therapy. Education will also be provided on addiction and recovery.
A nice feature that I liked is that the family members of the individuals suffering from alcohol and substance abuse, are able to receive treatment. If you’re trying to regain your driver’s license, they’re certified to complete impaired drivers evaluations and treatment.
