About Stonegate Center – Azle
Located on a safe and quiet 125 acre ranch in Azle, Texas, is Stonegate Center. They provide addiction treatment for adult men and women, including medical detox, 45- and 90- day residential rehab and continuing care after discharge. Stonegate Center was founded on Christian principles but accepts everyone regardless of faith.
Their medically supervised detox program offers personalized treatment plans that include psychological testing for co occurring mental health issues, 24/7 supervision by healthcare professionals, and the use of FDA approved medications to help stabilize each patient during the earliest stages of recovery.
Within the ranch, Stonegate has two gender specific residential treatment facilities called Hilltop and Creekside. At these centers, men and women receive programming that provides structure throughout their day, including individual and group therapy, and recreational activities.
Hilltop is a facility for women. Women reside in semi-private rooms and have access to gourmet meals, a pool and hot tub and a fitness and yoga studio. Individuals work with certified therapists to create a treatment plan that may include the use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help them on their recovery journey and maintain long term sobriety.
Creekside is a facility for men. Here, men reside in semi-private rooms with access to amenities such as large TV screens and a game room. The gym is equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, weights and other state of the art exercise equipment. Individuals work with their care team to build health lifestyle habits and receive individual, group and family counseling.
Stonegate Center accepts most commercial insurance, is accredited by The Joint Commission and has membership in the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers.
