The day reporting substance abuse program at Talbert House is an addiction service provided to probationers of Hamilton County who need a behavioral approach to achieving recovery. Services included in this drug and alcohol abuse rehab program include daily reporting, random drug screens, life skills training, substance abuse treatment, and job search assistance.
Talbert House operates an inpatient driver intervention program (DIP) for first time DUI offenders from Thursday to Sunday. This program is held in a hotel setting and provides substance abuse treatment to prevent repeat DUI behavior. Services include traffic safety and referral and drug and alcohol education.
The Turning Point chemical dependency substance abuse rehab program is run in conjunction with Hamilton County correctional services. It is offered to adult men who have been convicted of multiple DUI or drug and alcohol offenses.
This program is run in a residential setting and gives clients an assessment alongside treatment and reintegration services. Men receive educational curricula, group, family, individual counseling, and supportive activities during this program.
