About Talbert House Brown County Outpatient (Mt. Orab) – Mount Orab
The residential program offers age-specific treatment. One program is for girls between the ages of 12 and 17 who are suffering from mental health issues, dual diagnosis, and alcohol and drug rehab concerns. Traditional counseling services, peer support, case management, educational classes, skills building, and discharge planning are provided. Adults may stay in a different location and receive stabilization, mental health support, and addiction treatment.
The outpatient program helps individuals of all ages through prevention, education, assessments, direct treatment services, and referral services. This program includes support for veterans and those who have been court-ordered to receive treatment.
MAT provides FDA-approved medications in combination with mental health counseling to address the mental, physical, and emotional aspects of addiction. The medications help mitigate withdrawal symptoms, while mental health support offers people a chance to learn new skills and set goals for their recovery.
