About Talbert House Pathways – Cincinnati
Talbert House – Pathways is a unique facility for addiction recovery in Cincinnati, Ohio. It’s a halfway house for women who are felony offenders and are on supervision. That can include women who are on parole, probation, or transitional control or treatment transfer.
Pathways is a larger facility that can support up to 100 women at a time. Women at Pathways get addiction treatment like counseling, life skills classes, medication assisted treatment, and trauma counseling. The staff will also help clients start or re-enter their career. The goal is to set women up with everything they need to begin a new, healthier, safer life. Pathways has electronic monitoring too to follow court requirements.
Pathways is part of Talbert House which is a network of treatment centers and community service centers in Cincinnati. They go beyond addiction care and help clients with five lines of service: addiction, community care, housing, mental health, and court and corrections.
If you’re considering Pathways, you don’t have to worry about your safety either. They don’t allow repeat violent offenders or women who have been convicted of certain dangerous crimes like sex offenses. But for many women who are getting out of the prison system or are on supervision by the courts, this can be a great place to get their lives on track.
