Terry Reilly Health Services–Community Health Clinic Caldwell is an outpatient mental health and addiction recovery facility for youth and adults in Caldwell, Idaho. They offer telehealth care and general outpatient programming.
Telehealth care and specialized services are available for children, adolescents, young adults, and seniors. Targeted programs are also offered for Spanish-language speakers, LGBTQ+ persons, persons with hearing impairment, and persons with co-occurring addiction and mental illness.
Outpatient Program
Clients in outpatient treatment receive medical and mental health assessments, drug and alcohol screenings, personalized care planning, and comprehensive case management. They also engage in intensive, trauma-informed individual, group, couples, and family counseling drawing on proven modalities, including CBT. The program promotes clients’ sustained sobriety through robust, age-specific, recovery-focused life-skills training that addresses topics such as coping, self-care, wellness, anger and stress management, disease and medication management, and relapse prevention. EMDR therapy is available for trauma survivors.
Aftercare Services
The center’s aftercare services ensure a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs. These services may include step-down support and referrals for medical, mental health, and social service programs.
