The Centers is a medical health facility located in Cleaveland, Ohio. They provide drug and alcohol rehab services on an outpatient basis. You will have a medical and psychiatric assessment when you come in. You will be assigned a case manager who will guide you through the process of detox.
Your assessment will help the staff and your case manager. determine the level of care you need and the method of therapy that will work best for you. You will always receive group and individual therapy. The staff will also educate you on the effects of drugs on your ability to make decisions.
They offer outpatient therapy on several different levels. They have a partial hospitalization program in which you come in for therapy all day long and go home at night. They have an intensive outpatient program in which you come in several times a week for treatment. They also have a standard outpatient program that lets you come in for therapy once or twice a week.
The staff takes a nonjudgemental approach. They let you help plan your treatment program. They are trained in health and wellness and can teach you how exercise and eating a healthy diet will help you maintain sobriety.
