Hope House is a residential luxury alcohol and substance use disorder treatment facility overlooking the beautiful McDowell Mountains in Scottsdale, Arizona. We provide adult men and women with a wide range of treatment options to address not only addiction but dual diagnoses as well.
At Hope House, our master’s level clinicians and licensed psychologists are trained in the most effective evidence-based treatment modalities, alternative therapy options and medication assisted treatment (MAT) plans to heal both the mind and the body. We believe in an open door policy with a 1:1 approach. We accomplish this by limiting the number of clients we accept to no more than 10 clients at a time.
Our highly trained addiction professionals work with you to create treatment plans to meet your unique long-term recovery goals. Therapy includes individual and group work as well as alternative and experiential therapies such as equine therapy, biofeedback, cranial electrical stimulation (CES) and wilderness therapy. Individuals may also participate in acupuncture, massage therapy, exercise and mindfulness practices — all of which have been found to improve recovery outlook.
Hope House offers MAT which when used with talk therapies has been shown to improve recovery outcomes. We use FDA-approved medication to help you manage cravings, stabilize your physical and emotional health and aid in long term recovery.
Hope House wants to provide you with the best care in the most comfortable environment. Our luxury treatment facility is situated near stunning desert views, giving you a close up view of the beautiful saguaro cactuses of Scottsdale, Arizona. Our clients can expect chef prepared gourmet meals, a fully equipped fitness facility, a comfortable movie theater and a recreation center. Our resort style pool, hot tub and sauna provide a soothing place to relax and unwind outdoors.
The Executive Treatment Program at Hope House allows you to meet your professional obligations while working on your treatment plan. Clients who participate in this program are given private rooms and workspaces. You are permitted to use electronic devices during free time to make calls, send emails or handle work tasks.
Our dual diagnosis program allows us to simultaneously treat both addiction and other mental health problems including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We understand that substance abuse and mental health problems often go hand in hand. Our team is dedicated to helping you identify the cause of addiction and will create a unique treatment plan that breaks the cycle of unhealthy coping skills and heals past trauma.

We accept most commercial insurance plans and offer assistance to help you to understand your benefits. For individuals who are uninsured or choose not to use their health insurance for treatment coverage, we offer a competitive price for treatment and will work with you to set up an interest-free payment schedule. We can also help you find a third party lender to make paying for rehab easier.
