About The Life House – Volunteers of America – Sheridan
Volunteers of America Northern Rockies’s The Life House is located in Sheridan, Wyoming. It provides faith-based ministry, mental health care, and drug rehab services to men, women, and veterans living with mental health struggles or drug and alcohol dependency.
The addiction treatment program serves recovering individuals and their families through social detox services, and residential care. The residential treatment program spans anywhere from 70 to 90 days and is unique in that individuals who have children aged 0-5 are allowed to bring their kids to live with them during recovery.
They’re also unique in that staff are competent to the Native American culture, and provide care that is culturally appropriate.
