The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Program in Albuquerque, New Mexico, provides assistance to people who are struggling with substance abuse. You can participate in this extensive program for free, and it is funded by their renowned Salvation Army Thrift Stores. These 180 day residential work therapy programs offer spiritual, social and emotional support if you’ve lost the capacity to manage your issues and support yourself. The program offers a clean and healthy living space, wholesome meals and individual and group counseling. Spiritual guidance, work therapy assignments and leisure activities are all provided for you.
Once the center staff has decided that the program can suitably meet your needs, it is typically offered at no cost. Insurance is not necessary. Other prerequisites include being between the ages of 21 and 65. When you arrive you must pass a breathalyzer and blood test. You should be able to devote up to eight hours a day to a work therapy assignment. Your needs can be accommodated by modifying the schedules. You should commit to taking part in all program activities such as classes, counseling and worship services.
