THRIVE offers a full spectrum of care for outpatient needs for mental wellness- anxiety, trauma, bipolar, depression, addiction, counseling, therapy and substance use in Las Vegas, including IOP (Intensive outpatient) groups, one-on-one counseling, family, couples, and tele-therapy. We work with several community partners to offer medication assisted (MAT) treatment and outpatient detox services. Our team of experienced therapists are here for you. We offer a treatment & wellness center in an environment where we provide our clients with an upscale, boutique, warm and intimate space to explore, talk through and overcome challenges that they are facing.
