Your program may include detoxification from drugs or alcohol and integrated dual diagnosis treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions.
The facility also offers medication-assisted treatment (AT) using FDA approved prescribed medications to reduce withdrawal symptoms and medication management to closely watch your mental health medications and adjust them as necessary. They have specialized programs to address trauma and addiction, and chronic pain and addiction.
The treatment components include evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). These are offered alongside equine therapy, nutrition, fitness, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing to help alleviate the distress that’s associated with trauma.
Holistic approaches include massage therapy, meditation, yoga, aromatherapy, IV therapy, and more. They offer 30, 60, and 90 day treatment options. The program uses horses to develop a strong work ethic, responsibility, and assertiveness.
