Tranquility Place of Utah is an alcohol and drug rehab program located in Salt Lake City, Utah. They offer a medication assisted treatment program. They offer outpatient treatment for clients dealing with an opioid addiction.
In this medication assisted treatment program, clients are offered methadone. You’ll work alongside a substance use counselor to ensure quality of care. Each client will have their own treatment plan that addresses their addiction as well as improving overall quality of a life. You’ll be monitored as they take your meds through random urine drug screens and meetings with a medical team to ensure appropriate dosage.
You’ll also have the opportunity to learn relapse prevention skills and ways to identify triggers. You’re given the chance to engage in individual and group therapy as well as a medical dosing evaluation.
