Transformation House – North Ferry Street is a rehab facility in Anoka, Minnesota. This residential center provides care for adults who have substance abuse and alcohol issues. Traditional therapy and education classes are provided to help improve your health. They also provide a descaling program so you can transfer to outpatient, recovery housing, and aftercare programs.
At their Anoka center, you’ll receive 24/7 supervision and support. There are individual and group counseling, education classes, and chances to develop life skills. The staff will let you smoke in certain outside areas. You can also use your cellphones and personal devices and communicate with family as long as you don’t violate any house rules. There are also weekly family visits. You’ll get access to passes as you progress so you can leave the center at selected times. There’s also a fitness room, and your meals are prepared by a chef. The program lasts up to 90 days.
After your treatment ends, you’ll have a discharge plan all set into place. Transformation House has outpatient programs in the Twin City area, as well as recovery housing if you need more care. You might also be referred to AA or NA groups so that you can continue to get peer support outside of your programs.
