Clients will first see a therapist for one or two sessions and will complete an evaluation. Based on the results of this assessment, an individualized treatment plan will be established. Clients have the option of deciding whether they want to be seen individually, in groups or a combination of both. Sessions last anywhere from 50-90 minutes. These sessions are designed to help clients overcome alcohol or drug addictions as well as cope with any co-occurring mental health conditions.
