About Tulsa Comprehensive Treatment Center – Tulsa

Mission Treatment Centers is a methadone clinic located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They provide addiction treatment on an outpatient basis.

Addiction-related services provided at this location include outpatient addiction treatment and medication-assisted treatment for individuals with opioid use disorder.

Outpatient Addiction Treatment
This methadone clinic begins treatment with an intake assessment that addresses an individual’s current experiences, past drug use, and medical history. This is followed by a physical exam and drug screening. All results contribute to the personalized recovery plan that is created.

The clinic uses methadone and buprenorphine to treat the physical symptoms of opioid addiction and curb cravings. Counseling helps address the emotional and behavioral aspects of addiction while processing difficult emotions and revealing why opioid use started. Additionally, outpatient counseling sessions help create healthy coping skills and strategies to avoid future opioid use. This program is available to adults aged 18 and older. The facility is open Monday through Friday 5:00 am to 11:00 am.

Programs

Adult Program

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

LGBTQ Program

Recovery is most successful when clients feel accepted and validated by their peers and treatment providers. Facilities that offer LGBTQ-inclusive programming are committed to creating a safe space where everyone can grow and recover without fear of judgment or discrimination. They will have dedicated policies in place to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters free expression.

Military Program

Serving in the military is both mentally and physically challenging, and can result in trauma that persists even after combat ends. Military programs are tailored to the specific and often complex needs of active duty personnel, veterans, and military families. Clients often access these programs through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
