Twin County Recovery Services (TCRS) is located in the peaceful setting of Catskill, New York, where its proximity to beautiful natural spaces provides an environment ideal for healing and recovery. TCRS is a fully developed system of outpatient and prevention services for Greene and Columbia Counties. With an emphasis on addiction, mental health programming and education, its programs provide a comprehensive recovery experience. They accept most insurance plans including Medicaid.
TCRS outpatient programs provide individualized medically managed care. Some services include alcohol and drug assessments, individual counseling, group counseling, psychoeducational groups and treatment for co-dependency. These programs are specifically designed to allow scheduling flexibility so clients can meet work and family obligations while being treated. Greene and Columbia County outpatient clinics also include life skills training, parenting education, relapse prevention and medication assisted treatment (MAT) such as Vivitrol and Suboxone for opioid and alcohol dependency.
TCRS offers a dedication to prevention, with programs focused on community education and reducing risk for substance use. These programs include classroom lessons around material misuse and violence lowering, problem-playing consciousness and engaged parenting classes.
