About Twin Town Treatment Centers – Torrance
For acute conditions, the partial hospitalization program (PHP) is offered as a cost-effective alternative to residential care. Clients receive an average of eight hours of treatment daily, including counseling and case management. Those needing higher-intensity assistance may be referred to other drug rehab facilities.
Taking a multi-phase approach, intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient (OP) clients spend approximately three hours a day in treatment programming. According to their needs, their training may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, relapse prevention, problem-solving skills training, stress management, and communication skills equipping. Clients identify goals and progress to the next phase of treatment when they meet them.
Aftercare sessions continue once or twice weekly according to the client’s needs. As an optional extra, the Alcohol and Drug Education (ADE) program is available. ADE involves urinalysis testing and 15 hours of education for an extra fee.
Twin Town is contracted as an in-network provider for most medical insurance companies, such as Ambetter, Cigna, and ComPsych, but excluding Kaiser and Medicare. Check coverage and out of network benefits with your individual provider.
