Various levels of care are available to meet your individual needs. During the initial assessment they collaborate with you to identify the best level of care.
Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers group sessions three days a week which are supplemented by weekly or biweekly one on one therapy sessions. This program encourages your active participation in treatment planning and evaluations and typically lasts eight to 10 weeks. Once you’ve completed the IOP you can proceed to the standard outpatient program.
Typically lasting eight to 12 weeks, their outpatient program entails weekly group sessions or biweekly one on one meetings. If you require more assistance you can choose to continue treatment. Regular follow-up evaluations and cooperative treatment planning are also part of this level of care.
To help with practical needs like housing, health insurance applications, or food bank locations, they provide case management services to participants in both programs. Every patient can also receive psychiatric services to treat mental health issues in addition to substance abuse. These services include needs based medication management and assessments.
A special clinic exists for people who are contemplating or undergoing medication assisted treatment (MAT). All visits are made on site with a provider and nurse to assess your suitability for MAT. They assess each patient individually during treatment to determine whether you need additional ongoing care for substance use or mental health concerns. This ensures you get the help you need for a long lasting recovery.
