About Victory Bay Recovery Center – Clementon
Victory Bay Recovery Center is a behavioral health facility that treats individuals who have substance use, mental health and eating disorders. This outpatient facility in Clementon, New Jersey, offers a general outpatient treatment and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Clients can also receive vocational rehabilitation and nutritional services.
The facility uses a diverse range of treatment modalities to help clients heal from their addiction. Traditional therapeutic options that may be a part of your treatment include individual and group therapy, life skills training and medication assisted treatment (MAT). Through life skills training, you’ll learn to manage stress better and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
One of the other treatments provided that stood out to me was their older adults treatment system. This service is designed for adults age 27 and up. It focuses on addressing the unique pressures that people in this age group face which may cause their addiction.
Victory Bay Recovery Center understands that men and women face different challenges when it comes to addiction. Gender specific groups allow you to have your specific needs met. Clients may also feel more comfortable opening up about issues that they wouldn’t otherwise in a mixed gender group.
Individuals can sometimes have difficulty finding transportation to access treatment services. Victory Bay can arrange and coordinate travel to and from the facility for clients who need it. Sober escorts are also provided for a fee if desired.
