About Vista Maria – Detroit

Vista Maria, located in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, provides residential dual-diagnosis alcohol and drug rehab services for adolescents, teens, and young adults. They offer specialized programs for female human trafficking victims and transitional housing for teens and young adults ages 16-24. Additional services include extracurricular workshops and an alternative educational academy for grades 7-12.

Their residential program offers individualized care including individual, group and family therapy, trauma-informed care, medication management, and addiction education. In addition, residents have access to art and recreational therapy, on-campus junior and senior high school education, spiritual enrichment and

HIV/AIDS counseling and testing. There are several transitional living programs. One focuses on youth finishing the residential treatment program, another is for those aging out of foster care, and one is for young people who have not been successful in foster placement.
