Their services are offered in an outpatient setting, although in home care is also available through the Wheeler network. This is a federally qualified health center so you won’t be denied care because of an inability to pay. Walk in appointments are offered here.
This health and wellness center can help support you if you’re struggling with a drug or alcohol addiction. There are evidence based recovery services that you can get connected to including medication assisted treatment for opioid addiction and individual and group counseling. This clinic is also equipped to address co occurring mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, and mood disorders that may exist alongside your substance use disorder.
There are targeted counseling sessions here to help you overcome certain challenges that may be feeding into your struggles with substance use. These can include anger issues and traumatic experiences as well as difficult family relationships.
Children aged 18 and younger can be supported through the Intensive In Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Program. Through this program, trained mental health professionals can come into your home to provide services to your child in the least restrictive environment.
There’s also collaboration with the school system to ensure your child is supported when they’re outside of the home as well.
The aim behind this program is to help reduce at risk behaviors that might lead to substance use, hospitalization, incarceration, and other adverse situations that affect the family.
