WhiteSands Treatment – Brandon is an outpatient drug and alcohol rehab located in Brandon, Florida. They provide a partial hospitalization program, an intensive outpatient program, and medication-assisted therapy for adults experiencing substance use disorders. White Sands offers individual or family therapy five times per week rather than the standard one time per week.
The partial hospitalization program is between 10 and 20 days of treatment with programming on every weekday. Participants meet with an outpatient therapist and physician, learn how to administer their own medications, and can engage in personal training. They typically participate in five hours of group treatment sessions per day. Lunch is provided.
The intensive outpatient program lasts between 30 and 90 days. This includes three days per week of three hours of group treatment. Following 90 days of the IOP, participants’ Life Skills Guides will continue to check in with them. Treatment also includes individual therapy, psychiatrist check-ins, life skills development, resume building, and case management.
White Sands accepts almost all insurance plans and has several self-pay options.
