About Yellowstone Recovery – Costa Mesa
Yellowstone Recovery is a nonprofit drug and alcohol addiction recovery center in Costa Mesa, California. They provide low-cost, comprehensive substance abuse treatment with a full continuum of services. They serve adult clients.
Staff at this facility craft individualized treatment programs for each client following an assessment. Yellowstone Recovery operates several locations throughout Orange County. Services at this location include detox, inpatient treatment, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), standard outpatient treatment, and sober living.
Detox is the first step to treatment at Yellowstone Recovery. Staff monitor clients in detox 24 hours a day to help manage withdrawal symptoms and ensure safety. Medication may be administered as part of the detox process.
Clients participating in the inpatient program live on site, where they remain under staff supervision and care around the clock. Clients share their living space to help build a supportive community. Treatment methods in this program include therapy (individual and group) and 12-Step meetings, in addition to several experiential therapies.
IOP treatment typically follows the completion of inpatient care. While in the IOP, clients live at home, visiting the facility for nine to 10 hours for treatment each week. IOP treatment focuses on individual and group therapy.
The standard outpatient program is similar to the IOP, but clients spend less time in treatment. Outpatient care focuses on therapy while preparing clients for post-treatment life.
Yellowstone Recovery operates sober living homes for clients who are in an outpatient program or who want additional support following program completion. Sober living homes aren’t as restrictive as inpatient residences, but clients must still abide by the rules to live in the facility.
Yellowstone Recovery accepts all PPO insurance, Blue Cross, Aetna, Health Net, Cigna, and Anthem. Clients are encouraged to confirm coverage with their insurance provider before enrolling in a treatment program, as in network and out of network benefits may vary.
