Lebanon VA Medical Center – York Clinic provides Behavioral Health services in an outpatient setting. York Clinic is located in York, Pennsylvania.
Lebanon VA Medical Center honors America’s Veterans by providing exceptional health care that improves their health and well-being. They hope to be a patient-centered integrated health care organization for Veterans providing excellent health care, research, and education; an organization where people choose to work; an active community partner; and a back-up for national emergencies.
In an attempt to better serve Veterans in the areas in which they live, they have established community-based outpatient clinics in Berks, Dauphin, Lancaster, Schuylkill, and York Counties in addition to the primary care clinics located on the main campus in Lebanon.
Some of the services offered by Lebanon VA Medical Center – York Clinic include Behavioral Health Care, Primary Medical Care, Women’s Health Care, Endocrinology, Optometry with retinal imaging, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy (counseling and evaluation), Home Oxygen Therapy, Neurology (follow up evaluation via telehealth), and Dermatology (telehealth).
They also provide Veterans with Telehealth, for access to health care that is timely, more convenient and easier to access through the use of new health care technology including video conferencing and health monitoring devices that can connect patients to their health care team.
