About Animo Education and Counseling – Arlington
Animo Education and Counseling is an education center helping teens, adults, and court-appointed persons who have been incarcerated. This facility offers intensive outpatient and educational courses.
Animo uses a 12-step program to assist those seeking recovery assistance while going to work/school. The 12-step method provides a stage of change approach that allows clients to share their experiences with others in a supportive environment while addressing topics like relationships, self-care, and forgiveness.
Educational courses are provided to those who have been caught driving under the influence (DWI). Court-appointed persons attend programming that educates them on the dangers of driving under the influence and the effects of addiction.
This facility accepts self-pay and private insurance. However, major insurance providers such as Humana, Beacon, Anthem, ComPsych, Magellan Health, and Kaiser Permanente can cover these types of services. This is in addition to Aetna, Amerigroup, United Healthcare, Ambetter, BlueCross/BlueShield, and Cigna. However, it is advised to contact your provider to verify your out-of-network benefits.
