About Compass Health Network – Nevada
Based in Nevada, Missouri, Compass Health Network is a nonprofit health organization specializing in behavioral health and addiction. Services are available to kids, teens and adults from all walks of life. Medicaid and most major private insurance providers are accepted. Self-pay options and sliding scale payments are also available based on eligibility.
The Nevada location offers counseling, psychiatry and assessments for kids and adults as well as addiction treatment services for teens and adults. Treatment services here work on the specific needs of individuals and their families. They also work closely with community resources, recovery support providers and experts in their organization to provide rounded, holistic care for everyone. This center also offers a Substance Awareness Traffic Offender Program (SATOP) for anyone who may have gotten into legal trouble as a result of their substance misuse.
Once clients have completed all necessary assessments and testing, they can begin outpatient addiction treatment. While on this program they may engage in individual, group, co-dependent and family therapy for both substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues. Peer support and group education sessions are also provided as part of an integrated program which also includes medication-assisted treatment (MAT). MAT is offered in combination with counseling and other behavioral therapies for the most effective results.
