This residential program has a lot to offer, including a 13-bed co-ed house that’s situated in the middle of a secluded, private drive that overlooks enchanting scenery and wildlife. In the backdrop of their home are the towering and mesmerizing Wasatch Mountains. With these surroundings, I can absolutely understand why this would be the ideal environment to quit drugs or alcohol. You’ll be able to relax and focus completely on your recovery without any distractions from the busyness of the outside world.

Their program offers therapy and counseling options, but on top of that, you’ll have access to a nutritious menu reviewed by a registered dietician and prepared fresh daily by their professional chefs. You’ll be able to attend their well-stocked fitness center and have full access to a private swimming pool. Of course, you’ll have round-the-clock support when you need it, and you’ll go on unique recreational and service outings. They also have yoga classes you can attend. They’ll teach you how to be responsible, too, by letting you do chores.

For treatment services, they have intensive trauma therapy that is specially designed and orchestrated by their clinical team. They also have cognitive processing therapy, group EMDR and experiential group therapy. All of these can help by teaching you how to cope with daily life, teaching you how to identify your triggers and helping you deal with past trauma that may be currently affecting you.

12-Step

Aftercare Support

Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).

Inpatient

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Residents are also often trained on life skills and coping skills to make it easier to transition into society.
