La Frontera’s Empact Suicide Prevention Center, in Phoenix, Arizona, offers addiction treatment for adults, including intensive outpatient programs (IOP), general outpatient (OP) treatment, case management, medication services, and aftercare. The center also provides mental health and crisis intervention programs for families, adolescents, military members and veterans, and victims of assault.
Residential addiction treatment is available to adults 21 and older. The program includes individual and group therapy, relapse prevention services, life skills training, and recreational activities.
