Farnham Family Services is a community organization for substance use disorder. You’ll find ‘em located out in Oswego, New York. Adults, adolescents, and families can participate in outpatient care (OP) for addiction and dual diagnosis. There’ll be a personalized treatment plan that puts your strengths and needs at the forefront.
When you enroll, you can attend their intensive (IOP) and traditional outpatient (OP) programs while living at home. After an assessment and evaluation, they determine the appropriate fit for you. Each program offers proven therapeutic interventions, like individual and group counseling
In medication assisted treatment (MAT), prescriptions like methadone, buprenorphine, and naloxone are used to help withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. That way, you’ll have less of a chance of a relapse.
