They also provide a range of psychotherapy groups in addition to their MAT services. Studies indicate that group therapy can be just as successful as individual therapy. The goal of their 10 to 16 week skill based psychotherapy groups is to equip participants with tangible skills and knowledge. By promoting active participation, skill development, and enhanced self awareness, these sessions help participants successfully complete group experiences. These sessions are covered by most insurance policies.
In order to improve participation and help clients reach their individual treatment objectives, they also offer non skills based psychotherapy groups. Free drop in support groups are offered to people looking for a more informal network.
