The facility provides a full spectrum of outpatient services including general outpatient care (OP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP). These levels of care only differ in the intensity of support provided. PHP is the most intense option with over 20 hrs of treatment per week, and the IOP offers nine hours per week. The level of care that will suit your unique condition is part of your customized care plan.
That’s not all the facility has in store though. They try to address the whole person by integrating recovery support into their full spectrum of services. These include employment assistance, medical care and housing support via case management. Your case manager can also link you to community resources for food, clothing and health insurance. It’s a 360 degrees care package that ensures your total wellbeing.
Firelands Counseling & Recovery Services also provides 24 hours hotline and crisis intervention services. These programs can be helpful if you’re struggling with a severe mental health or substance use crisis. They’ll stabilize you and provide treatment support during such situations.
