This location is a residential treatment facility for substance use disorder. This is a 12 Step based program that incorporates best practices from the National Institute of Drug Abuse. They provide a home-like setting and atmosphere with small groups to make it more comfortable for you. They have a philosophy of love, patience and kindness.
Their program consists of four phases. The time that you spend in each phase is based upon your needs and goals. The counselors and therapists will work with you to assist you with your individual needs and situation. Most participants complete their program in 90 days. While here, you have the opportunities to increase your personal responsibilities, learn coping skills, enhance your self esteem, reunify your family relationships, create a structured lifestyle and establish a new way of living.
They provide an experienced and caring staff of licensed and certified professionals that give you individual attention. You will receive individual, group and family counseling. You’ll also participate in anger management classes, meditation and stress management classes, relapse prevention and vocational planning. Staff also provide discharge planning and aftercare which includes community resource referrals and social service assistance.
Many former clients have said that the staff is wonderful and very caring. Some have stated that this program changed their life after having tried several programs and relapsing through the years. While some clients have expressed frustration with the strictness of the program, others have noted this structure is a positive part of their treatment.
